The Deluxe Suite offers a large double bed in 55 m²; both the Superior Room and Duplex are 40 m² and have a large double bed. Kitchens include items such as a fridge, microwave and stovetop, and several room types also come with toiletries and a bathrobe.
At 40 m², the Superior Room combines a separate bedroom with a living area and equipped kitchen. Soundproofing and a coffee machine add comfort, while the private bathroom has a shower, toiletries and a bathrobe. It also includes air conditioning and a flat-screen TV.
This 70 m² suite combines an extra-large double bed with a sofa bed, a configuration that sets it apart from the other room types. The balcony, terrace and garden views complete the space, which also has a kitchen, private bathroom and living area.
The Mercer Suite covers 70 m² and offers a balcony, terrace and garden views, as well as a kitchen and living area. Unlike the Marquesa Suite, it has an extra-large double bed without a sofa bed. Soundproofing and a coffee machine complete the facilities in this space.
The Duplex has 40 m², a separate bedroom and a living area, as well as a kitchen and private bathroom with a shower. Facilities include a coffee machine, air conditioning and a flat-screen TV. Soundproofing adds a practical touch for relaxing after exploring central Seville.
At 55 m², the Deluxe Suite offers more space than the 40 m² options and less than the 70 m² suites. It includes a bedroom, living area, kitchen and private bathroom with a shower. A large double bed, soundproofing and a coffee machine complete its layout.
Mercer Residences Sevilla combines reception and guest support services with spaces to relax and plan your stay. The front desk is open 24 hours a day; concierge service, luggage storage and wake-up calls are also available. The sun terrace and outdoor furniture offer a place to take a break between visits around the city. A lift provides access to the upper floors.
