The Deluxe option has city views and two single beds; the other two stand out for their balconies and sea views, with panoramas that also take in the garden, mountains and a landmark.
The difference in size lets you choose between a compact stay and two more spacious options; all have a hob, oven, fridge, microwave, toaster, kitchenware and dishwasher. Free toiletries are also provided. Your choice therefore depends mainly on how much space you want and which views you prefer, with the 39 m² option being the largest.
At 24 m², this is the most compact of the three options and the only one configured with two single beds. The fully equipped kitchen and terrace with city views let you organise your stay independently; it also has air conditioning, soundproofing and a private bathroom with a walk-in shower.
At 29 m², this room has a balcony and views of the sea, garden and mountains, as well as panoramas of a landmark. It has a large double bed and shares the fully equipped kitchen, air conditioning and private bathroom found in the other room types; the terrace adds more outdoor space to enjoy.
At 39 m², this is the largest room in the house, ten square metres bigger than the 29 m² option with a large double bed. It has a large double bed, balcony and views of the sea, garden and mountains, as well as a fully equipped kitchen and terrace; it is suitable for two guests.
The shared spaces include outdoor furniture, an outdoor dining area, a terrace and sun terrace, as well as a shared lounge with a TV, games room, billiards and board games. Cooking classes, walking and cycling tours, pub crawls and temporary art galleries are also available; guests looking for physical activity can enjoy cycling, hiking and horse riding.
